Today I’m going to explain you a good recipe.
It is a tipical Spanish food. Its name is Paella. The rice is the principal ingredient, but ins’t the only one. You can costumize it, and choose its flavour . If you prefer the seafood, you must to buy some little pieces of prawns and mussels, if you prefer the meat then you must to have few rabbit’s pieces, or chiken’s pieces, … if you prefer the vegetables then you need beans, chickpeas, …
Cooking paella is a social ritual, and every cook have its own method. I can give you, on the other hand, somes orientations. The recipient used is named paella, also. At the beginnig, it is very important the fire’s distribution. It must to be distributed uniformly. The steeps to cooking it are the follow:
- Cook the secondarys ingredients …. seafood, meat or vegetables. You can to combine it. Discover the best combination, in according your taste.
- Remove the secondary ingredients and save it in a recipient for a few moments. Then put the rice into the paella. Wait for a minuts. The rice will turning in yellow colour.
- At this point, put water into the paella. Every cook try the best proportion, there aren’t rules. Put hot water, it is better.
- When the water and rice starts boling, Put the secondary ingredients, and cook it until the water dispears.
- Put a few of saffron, and turn the rice yellow.
